For Damaged/Defective Items
We offer flat-fee shipping protection on all customer orders. Any customer who included shipping protection with their purchase but received a damaged item must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving this package with an image showing the damaged item. Customers who paid for shipping protection will have their items replaced.
If you receive a damaged or defective item and did not pay for shipping protection, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item.
