We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Happy Howl. If you are not satisfied with a full priced item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less a 10% fee to cover shipping, handling and restocking.

We do not accept returns for refused deliveries. Any order that is refused by customers and returned to Happy Howl will receive a refund less a 10% fee for shipping, handling and restocking as well as an additional $15 refused delivery fee.
